Soft Washing
Soft washing allows us to use a much lower amount of pressure than most pressure washing companies are associated with. Many companies only use high pressure to clean, which can damage most the surfaces on your property.
Soft washing cleans 500 PSI or less. When cleaning a roof, stucco, or other delicate surfaces, most people consider this low-pressure cleaning as non-pressure cleaning. There truly is no such thing as non-pressure cleaning. With roof or stucco cleaning, the main objective is to wash all the mold, mildew, moss, and algae from the shingles or stucco without damaging the surface itself. This is next to impossible to do with high pressure washing.
There are times when a higher-pressure method should be used, and is acceptable to be used. This higher-pressure method is more commonly used on concrete. Campel 18 knows when not to use high pressure or low pressure on a surface. The real work to be done is in the cleaning chemicals used.
Roof Washing

Most residential roofs are shingles, which contain limestone fillers to help add weight. These limestone fillers are food for algae, mold, and moss, so the battle to kill these fungi is a must.
When algae, mold, and moss feed on these limestone fillers, it decreases the lifespan of your shingles. With this information, you can see how keeping your roof clean increases the life of your roof. And of course, you wouldn’t want this mold, mildew, and moss growing on the inside of your house, so why let it build up and grow on the outside? This is why shingle cleaning is a must!
